Is the hourly court fee for the entire court or per person?
The hourly court fee is for the entire court. We collect the entire court fee from the member making the reservation. That provides the member flexibility on how they split the fees with their guests. For instance, if you reserve a court as a party of 4 for an hour, the total fee is $25, paid for entirely by the member making the reservation, and breaks down to $6.25/person/hour when split evenly among all 4 people.
What is your guest policy?
Guests can be added to any reservation made by a member for free. However, guests are required to register for a free Court Reserve account as a “non-member” membership. This ensures they understand the facility policies and complete our liability waiver before playing at the facility.
How many people can be on a reservation?
Currently, up to 8 people can be on a reservation (subject to change).
When do membership charges begin?
Basic memberships are scheduled to start on August 14th, which is when we plan on opening our reservations to the public. If that date gets pushed back, we will adjust all membership start dates accordingly.
When does the facility open?
We are holding a soft opening July 31st – August 13th for our Founders’ Reserve members, and other select groups. The facility will open to all membership tiers and the public on August 14th.
How will court reservations for members work? My biggest concern is a lack of available court time.
Court Reservations will be on a first come, first serve basis. Founders’ Reserve members receive priority access to court reservations with 14 day advanced booking. All basic members can reserve courts up to 7 days in advance. Non-members will only be able to book courts 1 day in advance. We limited our Founders’ Reserve membership slots to allow for court availability for all basic members.
Can you cancel a membership at any time?
You can cancel monthly memberships at any time. Annual memberships can be paid monthly, but are for an annual term. There are price breaks for annual memberships.
Can I suspend or freeze my membership if I travel for the summer?
Yes. We allow annual members to freeze their membership once per year for up to 4 months. Please email us to freeze your membership.
Do you plan on charging a guest fee?
No guest fees (for now)! The entire court reservation is paid for by the member reserving it. When they reserve it, they can add any member (including “non-member” guests). The reserving member has the discretion to collect any fees they want from the people they add to their reservation.
What will the cost be for Open Play?
We are anticipating open play fees running at $15/person for 2 hours.
For basic memberships the private court rental is $25-$30. Would that typically be divided by the number of people playing on the court or is that per person?
That is correct. Up to 8 people can be on a single court reservation, which would make a $25/hr court fee equal $3.13/person/hour.
What will your hours be?
Our normal business hours are 8am-10pm, seven days a week. We are installing a remote lock system that will allow members to reserve courts after hours, and will update our members as details develop.
What are considered “peak hours” vs. “non-peak” hours.
Non-Peak Hours – $25/court/hour
- Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
- Mon-Fri: 8pm-10pm
Peak Hours – $30/court/hour
- Mon-Fri: 5pm-8pm
- Sat-Sun: All Day

What if I joined with the Founders’ Membership and reserved a court for peak times for $30/hour, but invited three other people who are not members? Would the 3 others have to pay? Or just split the cost ($30) of the court with me?
In your scenario as a Founder’s member, the other three people you invited would not have to pay our facility directly. Your $30/hour fee (assuming it is peak hours) would cover the entire court fee. You could choose to split the $30 court fee with whomever you bring.
If someone is new to the area are there leagues they can join and find partners?
We will have plenty of leagues and open play programming for folks who are new to the area to meet new people. We love the social aspect of the sport and will build programming that enables people to meet plenty of new folks!
