Yes. The 30-minute intro call is free with no obligation. It's a chance to talk through your project, ask questions, and see whether working together makes sense.

Do you only work with indoor facilities?

Indoor is our specialty, but much of our programming, membership, technology, and revenue work applies to outdoor clubs and multi-sport venues too.

Do you work with projects outside Maryland?

Yes. Most engagements are handled remotely, with on-site visits available when a project needs them.

How is consulting priced?

Engagements are scoped to your project, either as a fixed-fee deliverable (like a feasibility study or pro forma) or as an ongoing monthly advisory relationship. We'll recommend the right fit after the intro call.

Can I tour The PutAway?

Absolutely. Seeing a working facility is one of the most valuable parts of the process, and we're happy to walk you through ours.
